Ground Turkey Casserole

  • 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey breast
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 c. cooked no yolk noodles
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can Healthy Choice cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Healthy Choice cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can pimento
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook turkey and onion until brown.

    Drain off any fat. Arrange noodles in baking dish.

    Add meat mixture and remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs.

    Mix well.

    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
