- 1 tbsp All purpose seasoning
- 1 Fresh lime
- 2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 grams vegetable oil
Directions

1Cut grouper into strips squeeze a half of fresh lime on the grouper strips an season until fully coated.

2Crack open one egg an whip in a bowl.

3Pour 2 cups of all purpose flour in a separate bowl

4When the oil is completely hot in the frying pan you can dip the grouper strips into the eggs mixture until fully coated.

5Dip strips into the all purpose flour until fully coated, place fish strips into the hot frying pan.

6You can cook until both sides have browned completely.

7Squeeze the other half of fresh lime over the fish.
