Ingredients: 4 plum tomatoes, seeded and coarsley chopped; 2 t salt (for the tomatoes); 2 ripe avacados, preferably Haas; juice of 1 lime (2 T); 2 T green tobasco sauce; 2 garlic cloves, minced; 1/2 medium red onion, minced; 2 T finely chopped cilantro; salt and freshly ground pepper
