- 2 avocados
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 spring onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tomatoes bigger or 2 smaller
- 2 tablespoons coriander fresh or dried, or parsley or both
- salt some
Directions

1Peel the avocado and using a potato masher add the lemon juice to the avocado. Add the coriander, the garlic (minced), and salt and mash everything well.

2Slice the tomatoes, peppers and onions and fold them into the avocado mixture. You can use a food processor for the vegetables and the guacamole will be smoother. It depends on your taste.

3Put it in the fridge for an hour (if you can wait that long), and enjoy!
