  • 1 whole Avocado (should Be Soft Enough To Indent Easily, But Not Squishy)
  • 1 whole Roma Or Vine Tomato, Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Jalapeno, Diced (with Seeds If You Like Spicy, None If You Don't)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 1 Splash Lime Juice
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

    Because this guac is so popular, I usually allot 1 avocado per 1 or 2 people when serving with chips or tacos.

    Just multiply the recipe by how many people you want to serve.

    Cut avocado in half from tip to base.

    Using your chopping knife, strike into the pit, then twist and it will pop right out.

    Use a spoon to scrape avocado out of skin, into a bowl, then mash with forks or a potato masher.

    A few lumps are a good thing.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.

    If youre really into spice, you could also add some chili pepper or paprika.

    Also, I really like garlic, so if its not so much your thing, you may want to cut back a little.
