- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 12 cup prepared guacamole
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
- 12 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
- 1 -2 dash hot pepper sauce, to taste
- paprika (to garnish)
Directions

1Slice eggs in half; remove yokes to a mixing bowl.

2Mash yolks with a fork and add the guacamole, cilantro, and green onion.

3Season with salt, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard and mix well.

4Fill empty egg halves and chill until serving time.

5Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
