Guadalupe Potatoes

  • 5 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 medium or 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix potatoes, onions, bell peppers and margarine together. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

    Wrap in tinfoil and bake on the grill until done or place in a large buttered casserole dish and bake in oven at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours.
