  • 1 lb hamburger, cooked
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 eggs, scrambled
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
  • 1 head cabbage, sliced
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Place cooked rice and hamburger in large mixing bowl with cooked eggs and bacon; mix well.

    Place half of cabbage slices on bottom of a baking dish; add hamburger mixture and top with more cabbage pieces.

    Put lid on top and bake at 350* for 45 minutes.

    Eat and enjoy.
