- 3 c. cooked rice, long grain
- 1 medium onion, cut into crescents
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic 'N Herb
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables of any style
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. soy sauce (more or less)
Directions

1In a large frypan, saute onion and garlic in butter.

2(My wife prefers nonfat cooking spray, which she uses if she's preparing this recipe.)

3Add mushrooms and frozen vegetables.

4I use the Oriental style.

5Sprinkle Mrs. Dash over vegetables.
