- 3 qt. guava pulp
- 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 6 c. cane sugar
- 5 small peppers, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. vinegar
- 4 tsp. allspice (ground)
- 3 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. ground cloves
Directions

1Cook the onions in the water until soft.

2Combine all the ingredients and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.

3Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal immediately.
