- 3 pounds Beef Roast, Your Choice Of Cut
- 14 ounces, fluid Can Of Guinness Stout Beer
- 4 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
- Salt And Pepper

1Set roast in crock pot.

2Sprinkle very liberally with salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons dried minced onion.

3Turn roast over and repeat.

4Pour the can of Guinness Stout in the crock pot, but not on top of the roast (itll wash away your seasonings).

5Put the lid on the crock, turn it on low and cook for 8 hours with no peeking.

6Do not cook this on high for a shorter amount of time.

7It will not be as flavorful and it will not be as tender.
