  • 3 pounds Beef Roast, Your Choice Of Cut
  • 14 ounces, fluid Can Of Guinness Stout Beer
  • 4 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onion
  • Salt And Pepper

    Set roast in crock pot.

    Sprinkle very liberally with salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons dried minced onion.

    Turn roast over and repeat.

    Pour the can of Guinness Stout in the crock pot, but not on top of the roast (itll wash away your seasonings).

    Put the lid on the crock, turn it on low and cook for 8 hours with no peeking.

    Do not cook this on high for a shorter amount of time.

    It will not be as flavorful and it will not be as tender.
