- 3 or 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. okra
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. rice
Directions

1Brown in skillet the Crisco and flour.

2Add onion, celery, okra and bell pepper.

3Add 1 1/2 to 2 quarts of water.

4Add tomato paste.
