- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
Directions

1Brown chicken or pork in large pan.

2Combine chopped onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic.

3Saute few minutes.

4Next add uncooked rice and water and salt to taste.

5Boil 20 minutes, covered.

6Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes, then serve.
