  • 1 lb. dates
  • 4 slices candied pineapple
  • 3 orange gumdrops (large)
  • 2 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/4 lb. candied cherries
  • 5 red gumdrops (large)
  • 5 green gumdrops (large)
  • 2 cans moist coconut
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Cut fruit and gumdrops into small pieces.

    Dredge with flour. Add coconut, milk and nuts.

    Mix well.

    Pour into greased 8-inch tube pan lined with waxed paper.

    Bake at 250° for one hour.
