- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 13 cups milk
- 3 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 lb gumdrop
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar together, then mix in the eggs and vanilla.

2Sift the flour and salt together and then add to the egg mixture alternately with the milk.

3Stir in the gumdrops and then pour into a round, greased pan.

4Bake at 350 F for two hours.

5Place brown paper over the cake for the last 1/2 hour.
