- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 12 cups ghee, melted
- 4 12 cups water
- 5 -6 almonds, blanched
Directions

1Roast the semolina in ghee and keep aside.

2Roast the whole wheat flour in ghee and keep aside.

3In a pot, melt sugar in water until it has completely dissolved.

4Add the sugar-water mixture to the flour mixture and cook, stirring continuously, for a few minutes.

5Remove from heat.

6Garnish with blanched and sliced almonds.

7Serve hot.

8You may serve this with white bread slices or Indian flatbreads for a more wholesome meal.
