Ingredients

  • 4 c. water
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 3 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar green olives
  • 1 (1 lb.) bag dried kidney beans

Directions

    In a stock pot, bring water to a boil.

    Add the tomato paste, paprika, Tabasco, salt, black pepper and red and green bell peppers.

    Drain the olives and add to the soup.

    Boil and stir for 1 minute.

    Add the bag of beans.

    Cover with lid on medium heat. Cook for 45 minutes to an hour.

    Add 1/2 cup water if needed. Serves 6.
