- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Let butter and cheese come to room temperature and mix thoroughly.

2Add remaining ingredients and blend.

3Shape into about 3 rolls, 1-inch in diameter.

4Wrap in wax paper and chill. Slice rolls into slices 1/4-inch thick.

5Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly browned on edges.

6Keeps well in airtight container.

7Yields 6 dozen.
