3Clean Habaneros, cut stems off and slice peppers in halves (for more even and faster drying time - using food dehydrator).

4Place sliced habanero halves on dehydrator trays and ddehydrate at 135F / 57C for around 10 - 12 hours, or until completely dehydrated.

5**During the dehydrating time, the peppers will smell up the area.

6Be sure to have adequate airflow if you are sensitive.

8Grind up dehydrated peppers in a coffee grinder or nutribullet (using milling blade).

9**During this step you may want to wear a facemask (to cover nose/mouth) to avoid breathing in the powder and clean up thuroughly afterwards if you are sensitive.
