- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of Tabasco
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Arrange fish in a single layer in greased shallow baking dish.

3Sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil. Broil 5 inches from heat about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

4Drain liquids from pan (important!).
