- butter or margarine to grease baking pans

1Scrub potatoes leaving skins on.

2On cookie sheet, melt butter or margarine to lightly cover pan bottom.

3Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.

4Place face down on pan.

5Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

6A filled pan will seve 5 to 6.

7This is a good way to use up small potatoes, producing baked potatoes with a French fry face.
