  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • pinch of salt

    Cream butter, sugars and oil.

    Beat in egg.

    Mix flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar.

    Roll in small balls.
