- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Cream butter, sugars and oil.

2Beat in egg.

3Mix flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar.

6Roll in small balls.

7Press flat with fork on cookie sheet.

8Bake at 350° about 10 or more minutes.
