- 1 1/2 cups clam juice
- 4 cups peeled cubed potatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried savory, leaves
- 1 cup milk
- 1 lb halibut, cubed
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- salt and pepper
- 2 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
Directions

1Combine clam juice, vegetables, and savory in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours.

2Process soup and milk in food processor or blender until smooth. Return to slow cooker.

3Add halibut and hot pepper sauce; cover and cook on high 10-15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4Sprinkle each bowl of soup with bacon.
