- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1 1/2 lb. Pacific halibut fillets (3/4 to 1-inch thick)

- 1/2 c. finely shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a 6 to 8-inch frying pan over medium-high heat, stir garlic in 1/2 tablespoon oil until limp, about 2 minutes.

2Add wine, lemon juice and capers.

3Boil, uncovered, over high heat until reduced to 1/2 cup, 3 to 4 minutes; keep sauce warm.
