  • 2 lb. halibut, chunked
  • 1 small jar artichoke hearts
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. wine
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 8 to 10 oz. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Melt margarine; stir in flour.

    Add milk, wine, hot sauce and cheese.

    Heat sauce until cheese melts; pour over fish.
