- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs halibut steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions

1On a plate, combine flour with oregano, salt and pepper.

2Coat halibut with seasoned flour and shake off excess.

3In a large skillet, heat oil.

4Add halibut and cook, turning, 3-5 minutes per side.

5Remove to a warm serving platter.

6Add butter to skillet, stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.

7Add lemon juice and our butter over fish.

8Serve.
