- 1 1/2 quarts popped popcorn
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- 12 ounces chocolate morsels or Butterscotch
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions

1Combine popped popcorn and chow mein noodles in a large bowl.

2Melt butterscotch pieces in a double boiler over hot water, stirring constantly until smooth, about 3 to 5 minutes.

3Blend in peanut butter and stir until well combined.

4Pour mixture over the popcorn; stir to coat well.

5Drop by heaping tablespoon onto a wax paper-lined pan and allow to cool. When firm, store in tightly covered container.
