  • 6 pork chops
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sherry
  • 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 6 small carrots, pared and halved lengthwise
  • 6 small potatoes, pared and halved
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

    Trim fat from chops.

    Combine flour, garlic salt and dash of pepper.
