Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 pimento, diced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. diced, cooked ham
- dash of paprika
- salt
- hot cooked noodles, rice or biscuits
Directions

1Saute green pepper in the butter in saucepan over low heat 5 minutes.

2Add mushrooms and saute about 1 minute.

3Remove green pepper and mushrooms and set aside.

4Stir flour into pan liquid. Gradually add milk and cook, stirring, until thickened.

5Add ham and heat, then add green pepper, mushrooms and pimento.

6Heat, stirring gently.

7Add paprika and salt to taste.

8Serve on noodles, rice or biscuits.

9Makes 4 servings.
