- 2 packages Dry Yeast
- 2 cups Hot Water
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 6 cups Flour
- 2 cups Chopped Or Sliced Ham
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add sugar, salt, butter, eggs and flour.

3When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead until smooth, about 8 minutes.

4Lightly flour a large mixing, place the dough in the bowl, and sprinkle over olive oil.

5Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, about 1 hour.

6Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

7Prepare the ham and cheese in a medium mixing bowl; set aside.

8Melt 4 tablespoons of butter, add garlic and olive oil.

9Deflate the dough, and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface.

10Roll dough into a large rectangle, spread the butter mix over the surface, add spice after your own taste and then spread the cheese and ham evenly.

11Roll up the dough from the long side (like when you make cinnamon rolls).

12You may want to cut the roll into 3 now, to be able to handle them.

13Roll them a bit thinner, tuck the dough in on the sides and place on baking sheets.

14Let rise about 40 minutes, covered.

15Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

16Let rest for a while before you cut it.
