  • 6 to 7 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 1/2 lb. ham
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Put bread and ham in greased 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle with cheese, then pour milk, eggs, salt and mustard on bread mix.

    Cover overnight in the refrigerator.

    Bake at 325°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
