- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 lb. cooked ham, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/4 large carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 6 large eggs
- 1 (14 oz.) can bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
