Ingredients
- 8 oz. uncooked whole wheat or regular fettuccini
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. julienne cut turkey ham or cooked ham
- 4 eggs, hard-cooked and cut into wedges
Directions

1Cook fettuccini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water.

2Keep warm.

3In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.

4Saute onions for 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.

5Reduce heat to medium.

6Stir in sour cream, milk, parsley, salt and pepper.

7Cook, stirring constantly, until hot.

8Do not boil.

9Stir in turkey ham, egg wedges and fettuccini; toss gently.

10Makes 4 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
