Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. cubed firm bread
- 4 oz. cubed fully cooked ham (3/4 c.)
- 1 (8 oz.) can pear halves, drained and chopped
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese (2 oz.)
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1In an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, layer bread, ham, chopped pears and shredded cheese.

2Combine eggs, milk and nutmeg and pour evenly into dish.

3Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.

4Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 45 minutes or until center is set and golden top.

5Cool 10 minutes before cutting.

6Garnish with additional pears.
