  • 3/4 lb. ham
  • 1/2 lb. lean pork, ground
  • 1/4 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Grind ham, pork and beef. Add graham cracker crumbs, egg and milk. Mix and shape into balls. Top with sauce: tomato soup, vinegar, brown sugar and dry mustard. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
