  • 1 lb ground ham
  • 1/2 lb ground pork cutlet
  • 1/2 c bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c milk
  • SAUCE
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/4 c vinegar
  • 1/2 t dry mustard
  • 1/4 c water

Directions

    Mix ingredients together and shape into 12 balls. Place in pan, pour sauce over, bake 350 degrees, 1 hour, baste every 10 minutes.
