  • 3 lb. ground ham
  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 large chopped onions
  • 3 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. vinegar

Directions

    Mix ground ham, ground pork, milk, cracker crumbs, onions mustard and eggs and form into egg-size balls; place in heavy skillet or electric skillet.

    Mix the brown sugar, water and vinegar and pour over first mixture in skillet.

    Simmer all for 1 1/2 hours.
