Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground ham
  • 2 lb. ground fresh pork
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Combine ground meats together; add eggs, then graham cracker crumbs and milk.

    Mix well and form into balls with ice cream scoop.

    Mix remaining ingredients and cook until sugar is dissolved.

    Pour sauce mixture over ham balls and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until tender.

    Makes approximately 3 dozen.
