- 2 lb. ground ham
- 2 lb. ground fresh pork
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Combine ground meats together; add eggs, then graham cracker crumbs and milk.

2Mix well and form into balls with ice cream scoop.

3Mix remaining ingredients and cook until sugar is dissolved.

4Pour sauce mixture over ham balls and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until tender.

5Makes approximately 3 dozen.
