- 1 1/2 c. cooked yellow rice
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Mix well and pour into baking dish.

2Add cream of mushroom soup over the top and cover with crushed corn flakes.

3Bake 25 minutes at 350°.

4When it starts to bubble, cook 5 minutes more.
