  • 16 slices bread
  • 12 cup butter (or more)
  • 8 ham slices
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 12 cup melted butter

    Trim crusts from the bread.

    Grease a 9 x 13 pan.

    Butter 8 slices bread.

    Place buttered side up in pan.

    Place ham slices on bread.

    Top with shredded cheese.

    Butter other 8 slices bread.

    Put in pan butter side up.

    Beat eggs with milk, salt, and dry mustard.
