- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. elbow noodles, cooked
- 1 c. croutons
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. ham, cubed
Directions

1Saute onion, celery and green pepper in 2 tablespoons butter. Add mushrooms.

2Combine soup with sour cream, milk and seasonings in a 2-quart casserole dish.

3Add ham and noodles.

4Sprinkle with cheese and overlap tomato slices on top.

5Toss croutons in 2 tablespoons melted butter; sprinkle over casserole.

6Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted at 350°.
