- 1 lb. ham, diced
- 1/2 lb. American cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 large potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Combine cheese, flour, milk, butter and parsley in 1-quart saucepan. Cook on low until cheese is melted. Stir often.

2Boil sliced potatoes 8 minutes.

3Put ham in large baking dish.

4Add potatoes.

5Pour cheese mixture over ham and potatoes.

6Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.

7Bake, covered, with lid for 40 to 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
