- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. rigatoni
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1/2 lb. cooked ham, diced
Directions

1Following package directions, cook and drain rigatoni.

2Cook onion in oil until tender.

3Add flour; cook 1 minute.

4Add milk; stir with a whisk.

5Add 1/2 of the cheese and the noodles, then put in peas and ham.

6Mix good and put in casserole dish.

7Top with rest of cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
