- 2 1/2 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 2 c. cooked ham, diced
- 1 small can peas, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. green pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
- dash of celery seed
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 5 slices diced American cheese
Directions

1Cook and drain macaroni. In large mixing bowl, add all the above ingredients and mix lightly. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and dot with butter. Sprinkle with bread or cracker crumbs before baking. Cover with foil and put in preheated 350° oven and bake for 45 minutes.
