  • 2 1/2 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
  • 2 c. cooked ham, diced
  • 1 small can peas, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
  • dash of celery seed
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 5 slices diced American cheese

Directions

    Cook and drain macaroni. In large mixing bowl, add all the above ingredients and mix lightly. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and dot with butter. Sprinkle with bread or cracker crumbs before baking. Cover with foil and put in preheated 350° oven and bake for 45 minutes.
