  • 2 c. ham, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. onion, hopped
  • 16 oz. can French-cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (10 count) can biscuits

Directions

    In medium saucepan, combine green beans, sour cream and onion. Heat well.

    Separate biscuits; cut into 4 pieces each.

    Spoon hot ham mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; top with biscuits. Bake for 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown at 400°.
