Ingredients: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened; 1/4 c. mayonnaise; 2 c. ground cooked ham; 2 T. chopped parsley; 1 t. minced onion; 1/4 t. dry mustard; 1/4 t. hot pepper sauce; 1/2 c. chopped peanuts

1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 c. ground cooked ham
2 T. chopped parsley
1 t. minced onion
1/4 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. chopped peanuts

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Cover and chill for several hours. Form mixture into a ball. Roll ball in peanuts to coat well. Serve with crackers.
