- 16 slices bread, remove crusts
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp. dry mustard

2a greased 13 x 9-inch pan, lay 8 slices bread.

3Top each slice with 1 slice ham and 1 slice of cheese.

4Top with bread slice.

5Mix together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Pour mixture over bread and refrigerate overnight.

6Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs and drizzle 1/4 cup melted margarine over casserole.

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

8Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
