Ingredients
- 12 slices firm white bread, crusts removed (not fresh)
- 12 thinly cut boiled ham or regular ham
- 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 c. milk
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Arrange in layers the bread and ham; then sprinkle with both cheeses.

2Repeat another layer of the same ingredients.

3Beat with a hand beater the milk, eggs, onion salt and dry mustard.

4Pour entire mixture over the top layer.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Take dish out of fridge 1 hour before baking.

7Crushed corn flakes should be sprinkled over top before putting into oven.

8Preheat oven to 375° and bake for 45 minutes.
