- 10 slices bread, cubed
- 3 c. cooked meat (ham, bacon or sausage)
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- fresh mushrooms (optional)
- 8 eggs
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix bread, meat, cheese and mushrooms together and put into 10 x 14-inch oven-proof serving dish.

2Combine eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce and pour over all ingredients. Put in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.

3Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

4Silver knife should come out almost dry.

5Serves ten easily.
