  • 8 slices bread, crusts removed and buttered
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. shaved ham
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb. grated cheese (I use Colby)
  • 1/4 tsp. dried mustard

Directions

    Place buttered bread in bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Put shaved ham and grated cheese on top.

    Beat eggs and milk; pour on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
